It’s getting harder to come up with superlatives for the Magpies with another dominant performance to win another Fraser Moors Memorial Trophy. The GOAT completed their fourth blackwash so maybe they are now the TAOG.

Strengthened by the handicapping committee and the inclusion of Raymond Tidy veteran Mark Would, they were again the team to beat in 2020 and they didn’t disappoint their global fan base with a half-point victory over the fading Falcons (who sensationally sacked their most successful captain ever after the final put of the day was missed).
